Bearcats National is designed around active families. Traditional travel teams are expensive and require a burdensome amount of time. Players play lacrosse for a multitude of reasons, from love of the game to hoping to play in college and beyond. We cater to players that have the skill and LAX IQ to play at a high level without requiring months long commitments. Play when your schedule allows and stay in contact with the other team players when you're not able to attend to help cheer them on.

Any of you that have joined a travel team or played on other National teams know that we are very inexpensive. If you're wondering why, it's because we are not in it for the money. Yes, we earn enough to compensate for our time and travel but we are not trying to earn a months wage in a weekend. Every travel and National team out there has a value, offers different things and needs to do what's best for them. What's best for us is to offer a great lacrosse experience at a reasonable price.

Bearcats National attracts players from all over the country. Through zoom meetings and phone conversations working with the player, we will develop an at home practice plan for each player. Our expectation is that each player wants to suceed and will put in the work to accomplish that goal. This helps prepare young men for life beyond lacrosse. As adults, we are generallly given assignments on a job and have to adapt not only to new people and situations but the expectation that we will get the work done without someone standing over us.

Mission statements – Allow high caliber young men participate in lacrosse at a high level. Teaching them how to adapt and be successful both on and off the field. Guiding them through the challenges on the field so they can be better prepared for life off the field.

The Bearcats National staff is dedicated to teaching players game skill, adding to their LAX IQ and preparing for the game of life. We want every young man to enjoy the lacrosse tournament experience and have fun playing the game. We want our players, from all over the country, to connect as teammates and continue as life long friends & brothers.

While we would like to accept every player that applies, we would be unable to provide a quality experience to anyone if we did. We cap each team at 25 players to insure a high amount of playing time for each player. Once each roster reaches 25 we cannot accept any additional players for that tournament. However, players are free to sign up for the next one, as some current players may not be able to attend the next one.
